I can't fry eggs on my Foreman. Nor can I put in some oil and fry up some pierogies.

Now that I think of it, I can't hit my husband over the head with a Foreman. I'd have to heave it at him.

The new Foreman has interchangeable plates. A pair of waffle plates, the regular grill, what they call a steak plate (lines and stuff on it to make marks I guess on the food), and also a flat pan. The grill can tilt foreward if you want stuff to drip out, or be flat if you're cooking something that needs to stay put. There's a whole cookbook with it... says you can even bake with it (weird).
