Bats are cute. There was one trapped in our hourse, once, that the cat found. We trapped it uner a pot and took it out to release it in a park. Bats, much like squirrels, are cute and nice and sweet.

I'm wondering if we'll ever know when a real lurker posts. This lurkers lounge just seems..odd..to me.

Oh, and to stay on topic, I went into the loft of my barn when i was a kid, and screamed while my brother tried to shoot a bat with a bebe gun. The bat flew out the loft door, never to be seen again. (or not by me anyway). I was happy that my brother was a poor shot though.

I like squirrels. I feed them, so they make a bigger splat when they get run'ed over. Damn things do have a death wish. I like bats. I have put up some bat boxes near the lake cabin, they eat mosquitos! If I see a roach, it better be upside down!

I don't love all roaches. I think mine are cool, though. they have live babies, instead of laying eggs and infesting my kitchen. they do not try get out of their tank and run around. they don't stink, unless I'm lazy and neglect to clean the food bowl. And they make a really cool popping sound when I feed them to my lizards.

I'm beginning to like squirrels ok. I have a big fat one that comes up to my window and begs me for food.

mice just creep me out for some reason. probably because they like to eat through cereal boxes and shit in my kitchen cabinets when I'm not looking.
