Default Are people this reluctant to admit a mistake?

I guess I sort of understand why people voted for Trump in the first place. What I don't understand now is how anyone still believes in his ability to govern a country. Yet there are still people that ardently support him no matter what happens.

They just figure stuff like this is fake news. There was an article in the local paper the other day asking some Trump voters how they would grade him. One guy at least saw the light and gave hi an F, saying he regretted voting for him. The others graded him a B-or better. The only thing he's accomplished so far is getting a judge to the Supreme Court. Some claim he's had an uphill battle because the Democrats oppose everything. While true, the Republicans did the same thing with Obama. The partisan crap has got to go.

Trump's swamp has only grown and its festering.

Never mind....Seems like there is bit of a double standard.

JW deleted/changed his comment before anyone could reply to (and I think read) it, so no you didn't.

yes I deleted it. It pointed out a dozen are so things that could be perceived as double standards. Not an attempt to argue. But I just figured no one really wants to hear it or they despise Trump so bad it doesn't matter. I'm no fan btw. But no fan of the previous admin either.

Gotcha.
There are certainly double standards in all directions. That's politics!
Most folks have already made up their minds and will spin things to fit their own narrative.

The president is a distraction, always has been.

The bigger problem is in the house and senate.

But people just keep voting those fuckheads back in.
